Microneedling — Standard

Microneedling uses very fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which prompts the skin's own repair response and the collagen that comes with it. It is used for texture, fine lines, enlarged pores and the appearance of scarring.

A course is normally needed rather than a single session, and how many depends on what you are treating. That gets discussed honestly at consultation. Anyone promising a transformation from one appointment is overselling it.

Expect redness like mild sunburn for a day or two afterwards. Skin needs to be kept clean and well moisturised, makeup left off for 24 hours, and sun avoided or covered with a high factor SPF for at least a week. Active ingredients such as retinol and acids go back in gradually, not the next morning.

A skin consultation comes first. Some conditions and medications rule the treatment out, and we would rather establish that before you have booked and paid for a course.
